  1. Sign in with GitHub

    Open Velen from your menu bar and continue with your GitHub account. That is the whole setup.

  2. Sync your usage

    Velen reads your last 30 days of Codex and Claude Code usage from CodexBar and shares only the daily totals.

  3. Invite a friend

    Copy your invite link from Friends. Once they accept with GitHub, you appear on each other’s leaderboard.
